Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Ring Size Exchanges

We only offer exchanges on rings if the incorrect size was purchased.

• Ring exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order

• Rings must be unworn, in original condition and original packaging

• Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless deemed faulty:

• Necklaces

• Bracelets

• Anklets

• Hand chains

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/videos of the fault

Once assessed and approved, we will offer an exchange or replacement where applicable.

Important Notes

• Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or incorrect care will not be accepted

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
